Suggested Use

Grapefruit has a wonderful, uplifting aroma like many of the citrus oils and is cleansing and refreshing! If in need of a pick-me-up first thing in the morning, try adding 3 drops of Grapefruit, 2 drops of Rosemary and 1 drop of Bergamot, blended in a teaspoon of Jojoba, to a bath. Alternatively stir the same essential oils into a dose of unfragranced shower gel.

To improve the appearance of cellulite, blend 3 drops of Grapefruit and 3 drops of Juniperberry with 15ml of Sunflower oil and massage the area vigorously. Try to work in the direction of the heart. You could also try Lotus Touch Detox and Cellulite essential oil blend.

In a burner or diffuser, Grapefruit blends well with the other citrus oils and herbs (Rosemary, Clary Sage, Thyme, Lavender, etc).

Cost per Treatment

Cost per treatment is $0.10.

*See below for an explanation of Cost Per Treatment.

*Cost per treatment is based on 5 drops per ounce of massage cream or lotion. If blended with massage or carrier oils, use 10 drops per ounce. The number of drops should be adjusted based on the actual essential oil being used in the treatment. A full-body massage will require approximately 2 ounces of massage product. This actual amount used will vary based on therapist experience, size of the client, how dry the client's skin is and the type of massage product being used.
