Pure spa Direct has been my go to place for Spa Equipment and many other items. Customer service is excellent. Firstly, Tara checked in with me to see how I was doing and then I placed an order to replace my steamer that I had order about 10 years ago…Christine called me an explain about the newer model. This company goes beyond service. Christine was very knowledgeable and incredibly sweet as well as professional. Others can take a page or the whole book about customer relationships. This company is amazing on every level!!! Their customer support is unmatched! They will do everything to ensure that you get the products you need! If they don't have something in stock, they will recommend something else in the meantime! Had an issue with my order, part was my fault for not checking the address and some misunderstanding regarding the shipping fee, anyway the customer service is great and Tara was very helpful reaching back to me and sorting things out! I recently ran into an equipment problem with a brand new expensive magnifying lamp. Being a new customer of Pure Spa Direct I was not sure what to expect from their customer service department. From first message to the end solution I was working with Tara. While going back and forth with her via txt (this as a communication option was fantastic and rare), I never felt stressed about the outcome. Tara was consistently present and responsive to all my questions and views on the best outcome. It was clear, start to finish, Tara was working on my behalf for the best least stressful solution. In the end, Tara made the best solution happen for me even when the manufacturer (Pure Spa's client) was asking for a ridiculous solution which would have not only cost me more money, time away from working with my clients and turning the expensive new light into a huge problem. Tara made it happen and I am thrilled with the simple clear solution and outcome. I will now always look to Pure Spa Direct FIRST for my Skin Care business purchases and supplies! Tara at Pure Spa Direct was fantastic! We're in the middle of a big spa renovation and I was in search of the perfect spa slipper. I had A LOT of questions and she was thorough and prompt. Via online chat she was quick to send me links which saved me a ton of time. She even sent me a sample of 2 of her most recommended slippers. Normally you have to order in quantities of 12 and her excellent customer service made all the difference b/c I was able to try them on and get a feel for quality, wash-ability, size, etc. I chatted with her on 2 different occasions and both times she was excellent. I'll now confidently be ordering a large quantity of spa slippers all thanks to Tara! Thank you! Julie

My experience was pleasant. I ordered Eco-Fin, and was emailed instructions in case I needed them which was a nice touch of customer service. My products arrived at the time outlined by the shipping I chose and my order was correct and in tact upon arrival. I like the convenience of ordering professional items from an internet store rather than having to go into a brick and mortar location.

Great! I received an ordered product(s) that had damaged. I called the 800 PureSpa number after realizing the damage. Erica with PureSpa was so helpful. I really appreciated that. Very impressed with quick delivery half way across the country. Product was exactly what I had been using faithfully for years and at a better price than any other source. Packing was excellent to insure product arrived safely. I will use Pure Spa Direct again instead of even purchasing locally.

I purchased 3 very large wax warmers and after a year of purchase I had to send two out for minor repairs and she made the whole process of sending them back to the manufacturer seamless!!
