Here's the deal: We've got a strict 'license first' policy. That means we won't send your goodies until we've checked out your professional creds. Don't worry, it's just a one-time thing for your first order. Drop your license number and the state where you're licensed in the "ADD NOTES" box at checkout. Once you're verified, you're all set for future orders!
Do you print a catalog?
Just a heads up, we don't do printed catalogs at Pure Spa Direct. Why? Well, we've got a huge and always growing collection of more than 80,000 products for spas, salons, massages, and skincare. A printed catalog just wouldn't be able to keep up with all the new stuff we constantly add to stay on top of the latest trends. Plus, we're really into helping the environment, so cutting down on paper use is a big deal for us. Don't worry, though – you can check out everything, including the newest additions, super easily right on our website.
Do you have a store I can shop in?
Pure Spa Direct is all about online shopping. We don't have physical stores, but that's cool because it means we can offer you a huge selection of spa and salon goodies. All our orders are shipped straight from various warehouses across the country, so you get exactly what you need, right to your doorstep.
Do you offer free shipping?
At Pure Spa Direct, we handle shipping costs transparently. Instead of building these costs in the price of our products, we calculate shipping charges in real-time. This means you only pay the actual shipping cost, ensuring pricing clarity and fairness for all our valued clients.
Where is my order?
For orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 PM Eastern Time, we usually get them processed in 1-3 business days.
Keep in mind, we don't ship on weekends or holidays. Once your order is on its way, it should take about 1-7 days to reach you, depending on how far you are from our warehouses and the shipping method you chose. We ship from multiple warehouses, so if you've ordered a bunch of items, they might come from more than one place.
Before you check out, you'll see the shipping fees calculated automatically. Just add what you want to your cart and head over to the Checkout page to see your shipping options and costs. After we receive your payment, we'll ship your order out as fast as we can. If there's any hold-up with your order, like back orders or other hiccups, we'll be sure to reach out with updates and solutions.
Just a heads up, sometimes shipping times can change because of things we can't control, like delays from the shipping company or bad weather.
Was I charged for a backordered or discontinued item?
Yes, your order is charged in full at the time your order is placed. If your order includes a backordered or discontinued item, don't worry, we'll get in touch with you right away to let you know.
For backordered items, we'll give you an estimated arrival time. If the item doesn't come back in stock when we thought it would, we'll reach out again. Sometimes, we might have similar items available and we'll suggest those to keep your business running smoothly.
In case of discontinued items, we'll offer you some alternative options. If we don't hear from you within 4 business days, we'll go ahead and cancel the discontinued item and refund you for it.
