Return Policy
At Pure Spa Direct, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best products and service. Below is our return policy, crafted to make your experience smooth and hassle-free:
Initiating a Return
All returns require pre-approval. Please call or text our customer service team at 1-800-434-0018 or email service1@purespadirect.com. Our team will guide you through the process and provide an RMA number for your return.
Note: Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted and are ineligible for a refund.
Conditions for Return
- Unopened/Unused Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
- Items must be in original, clean, re-sellable packaging (free from price stickers or glue markings).
- Returns lacking original packaging or incomplete sets/kits are not eligible for refund and will be discarded.
- Apparel must be unworn/unwashed with all tags intact.
Refund Details
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued at the actual purchase price less a restocking fee of up to 20%. You are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items.

For the integrity, hygiene, and safety of our products, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

All products in this category are final sale for safety reasons. -
Replacement Parts & Components:
Includes replacement parts, accessories, attachments, bulbs, internal components, and replacement blades for hair clippers, trimmers, and similar tools. These items are non-returnable due to manufacturing variances and compatibility issues. -
Personal Care & Hygienic Items:
Includes (but is not limited to) nail implements, skin tools, hair brushes and combs, razors, waxing tools, applicators, lash and brow tools, needles, lancets, single-use or disposable items, cosmetics, skincare, earrings, body jewelry, and select apparel. These items are final sale for hygienic reasons. -
Beauty Appliances & Grooming Tools:
Includes hair brushes, combs, hair clippers, trimmers, shavers, epilators, grooming devices, and any electric or manual personal care tools once sold. -
Media & Educational Materials:
Books, DVDs, CDs, digital downloads, online courses, video, and internet/email-based content are final sale. -
Special Orders:
Custom, bulk, made-to-order, seasonal, or non-stock items are not eligible for return or cancellation. -
Furniture & Equipment:
All furniture and equipment orders—including custom or made-to-order items—are non-cancelable and non-returnable once placed. -
Finance Orders:
Orders placed using financing options are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
Additional Reminders
- Salon Owners/Professionals should adhere to their State Board regulations.
- Non-compliant returns will be discarded without credit.
European Union / European Shipment Return Policy
Pure Spa Direct is a U.S.-based company. The following policy applies only to eligible orders shipped to countries where European Union consumer withdrawal rights or similar European consumer return laws apply.
For eligible shipments to Europe, customers may have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days without giving a reason.
For physical goods, the 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, receives the goods. If an order is delivered in multiple shipments, the 14-day period begins on the day the customer receives the last item, lot, or piece.
To exercise this right, the customer must submit a return/withdrawal request before the 14-day period expires. Customers may do this through the “EU Returns & Cancellations” link located in the Client Support section of our website footer, by emailing service1@purespadirect.com, or by calling or texting 1-800-434-0018.
Once a return/withdrawal request has been submitted, the customer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date they notified us of their decision to withdraw.
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless otherwise required by applicable law.
For eligible European withdrawal returns, refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until the customer provides proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Where required by applicable law, refunds for eligible European withdrawal returns will include the product price and the least expensive standard outbound delivery option offered at checkout. Expedited shipping, upgraded shipping, freight upgrades, special handling, duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges are not refundable unless required by applicable law.
Returned items must be sent back in their original condition. The customer may be responsible for any diminished value of the goods if the items are handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Certain items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law, including but not limited to custom-made or personalized goods, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery, and other legally excluded products.
Order Cancellations for European Shipments
Eligible orders shipped to Europe may be canceled through the “EU Returns & Cancellations” link located in the Client Support section of our website footer until the order has been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled, but it may be eligible for return or withdrawal under this European Shipment Return Policy Addendum.
