  According to the US importer and the manufacturer, regulations have changed for tint imports and the product is now labeled as hair dye... much like the popular tinting product Refectocil that is imported from Italy is labeled as hair tint.
• Mixing Instructions:
  Intensive features an easy 1:1 mixing ratio (use an equal amount of tint and developer). NOTE: Only use German Intensive Developer!
