With a creamy texture and sweet chocolate scent, this low-temperature formula was developed to make soft wax hair removal a more pleasant experience for your clients. Our Hypoallergenic Chocolate Soft Wax is made with high-quality hypoallergenic resins and titanium dioxide, which is the perfect combination to prevent any irritation.

How To Use Soft Wax:

Warm the wax in a wax warmer until it has melted and reached a liquid consistency. To avoid burns, always test the wax temperature on a small area before applying it.
Gently apply one of our Pre-Wax Care products to the area.
Each and every time dip a new spatula into the wax container and using a thin coating of wax, apply it in the direction of hair development.
Apply a non-woven or muslin strip and firmly press it in place. Lift a strip's border and pull it off in one swift motion, this time against the hair growth.
To finish the treatment, gently apply the Nacach Post Wax Refreshing Cream massage smooth until absorbed.

I recently ran into an equipment problem with a brand new expensive magnifying lamp. Being a new customer of Pure Spa Direct I was not sure what to expect from their customer service department. While going back and forth with her via txt (this as a communication option was fantastic and rare), I never felt stressed about the outcome. Tara was consistently present and responsive to all my questions and views on the best outcome. It was clear, start to finish, Tara was working on my behalf for the best least stressful solution. In the end, Tara made the best solution happen for me even when the manufacturer (Pure Spa's client) was asking for a ridiculous solution which would have not only cost me more money, time away from working with my clients and turning the expensive new light into a huge problem. Tara at Pure Spa Direct was fantastic! We're in the middle of a big spa renovation and I was in search of the perfect spa slipper. I had A LOT of questions and she was thorough and prompt. Via online chat she was quick to send me links which saved me a ton of time. She even sent me a sample of 2 of her most recommended slippers.
