Nacach Wax - Pomegranate Hypoallergenic Hard Wax Beads / 2.5 Lbs. Bucket. This truly innovative Multidirectional hair removal transparent hard wax is ideal for coarse-hair, full-body waxing, having a medium drying time (less than 10 seconds). Enriched with pomegranate oil, this type of hypoallergenic hard wax carries anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, soothing, and regenerative properties; not to mention an amazing aroma that will fill the room. Highly recommended for large areas of the body. Our hypoallergenic waxes are Colophonium Free.

- Open the bucket and pour the required amount of product into the heating container and heat until completely melted.
- Once melted, test the product's temperature with a tiny amount before spreading it on the skin. Then use a wooden spatula to apply a thin layer of product to the area for treatment working in the direction of hair growth. Be sure to leave a narrow thicker edge for easier removal of the product.
- Wait a few moments and lift the edge at one end of the strip and remove against the direction of hair growth quickly and firmly using your fingers and keeping the movement parallel to the skin on the area for treatment.
- After treatment we recommend the use of Nacach Wax post hair removal products to moisturize, refresh and soothe the skin.
Do not apply wax at too high a temperature. Do not apply on varicose veins, irritated or infected skin, or open wounds.

I recently ran into an equipment problem with a brand new expensive magnifying lamp. Being a new customer of Pure Spa Direct I was not sure what to expect from their customer service department.
From first message to the end solution I was working with Tara. While going back and forth with her via txt (this as a communication option was fantastic and rare), I never felt stressed about the outcome. Tara was consistently present and responsive to all my questions and views on the best outcome. It was clear, start to finish, Tara was working on my behalf for the best least stressful solution. In the end, Tara made the best solution happen for me even when the manufacturer (Pure Spa's client) was asking for a ridiculous solution which would have not only cost me more money, time away from working with my clients and turning the expensive new light into a huge problem. Tara made it happen and I am thrilled with the simple clear solution and outcome. I will now always look to Pure Spa Direct FIRST for my Skin Care business purchases and supplies! Tara at Pure Spa Direct was fantastic! We're in the middle of a big spa renovation and I was in search of the perfect spa slipper. I had A LOT of questions and she was thorough and prompt. Via online chat she was quick to send me links which saved me a ton of time. She even sent me a sample of 2 of her most recommended slippers. Normally you have to order in quantities of 12 and her excellent customer service made all the difference b/c I was able to try them on and get a feel for quality, wash-ability, size, etc. I chatted with her on 2 different occasions and both times she was excellent. My experience was pleasant. I ordered Eco-Fin, and was emailed instructions in case I needed them which was a nice touch of customer service. My products arrived at the time outlined by the shipping I chose and my order was correct and in tact upon arrival.
