Complete the RefectoCil Intense Brow[n]s tinting system with the Activator Gel, the second step used after the Intense Brow[n]s Base Gel. This easy-to-use professional formula contains silver nitrate and develops the final brow or lash color after the Base Gel has been applied, removed, and allowed to dry completely.

Step 2 of the Intense Brow[n]s System

RefectoCil Intense Brow[n]s Activator Gel is designed specifically for use with the Intense Brow[n]s Base Gels. During application, the hair may appear very dark while the Activator Gel is on; this is not the final tint result.

Complete Application Sequence

1. For lash tinting, attach RefectoCil Silicone Pads or Eye Care Pads using RefectoCil Skin Protection Cream & Eye Mask as directed.
2. For brows only, the Intense Brow[n]s Intensifying Primer may be used as an optional step. Leave the primer on for 4 minutes, remove it with a dry cotton swab, and allow the area to dry for 4 minutes before proceeding.
3. Apply Intense Brow[n]s Base Gel and leave on for 2 minutes.
4. Remove the Base Gel thoroughly with a dry cotton swab.
5. Allow the brows or lashes to dry for 4 full minutes before applying the Activator Gel.
6. Apply Intense Brow[n]s Activator Gel.
7. Leave the Activator Gel on for 1 minute.
8. Remove with a moist cotton ball or damp cotton pad.

Use the Activator Gel only as part of the RefectoCil Intense Brow[n]s system and follow the manufacturer’s complete professional protocol. Do not skip the 4-minute drying period after Base Gel removal, as this is part of the manufacturer’s specified application sequence.
