Application Instructions

3. Apply the Intense Brow[n]s Base Gel and leave it on for 2 minutes. Remove with a dry cotton swab.

5. Apply the Intense Brow[n]s Activator Gel, let it work for 1 minute, then remove with a damp cotton pad.
