THERA°PEARL Color Changing Hot + Cold Reusable Pack Knee Wrap / 14" x 10.25". The large opening sits over your kneecap to preserve a wide range of motion, while the Pearl Technology sends relief directly to the pain. The color-changing technology turns purple when cold and white when hot. This alerts you when your hot/cold pack is ready for 20 minutes of doctor-recommended hot/cold therapy. The flexible VELCRO BRAND strap keeps the wrap comfortably in place, even during a workout.

Directions:

THERA°PEARL Pack should be applied to skin for doctor recommended time of 20 minutes. Remove and wait at least 20 minutes. Reapply pack for 20 minutes, if needed.

Heat Therapy

- Microwave for time indicated below and test pack temperature. Heat for additional 5 seconds as needed until desired temperature is reached and the pack is white in color.

700 Watt Microwave: 95 seconds
1000 Watt Microwave: 85 seconds
1200 Watt Microwave: 50 seconds

COLD THERAPY - Freeze for at least 4 hours until the pack is purple in color.

I recently ran into an equipment problem with a brand new expensive magnifying lamp. Being a new customer of Pure Spa Direct I was not sure what to expect from their customer service department. From first message to the end solution I was working with Tara. While going back and forth with her via txt (this as a communication option was fantastic and rare), I never felt stressed about the outcome. Tara was consistently present and responsive to all my questions and views on the best outcome. It was clear, start to finish, Tara was working on my behalf for the best least stressful solution. In the end, Tara made the best solution happen for me even when the manufacturer (Pure Spa's client) was asking for a ridiculous solution which would have not only cost me more money, time away from working with my clients and turning the expensive new light into a huge problem. Tara at Pure Spa Direct was fantastic! We're in the middle of a big spa renovation and I was in search of the perfect spa slipper. I had A LOT of questions and she was thorough and prompt. Via online chat she was quick to send me links which saved me a ton of time. She even sent me a sample of 2 of her most recommended slippers. Normally you have to order in quantities of 12 and her excellent customer service made all the difference b/c I was able to try them on and get a feel for quality, wash-ability, size, etc. I chatted with her on 2 different occasions and both times she was excellent.
