Directions:

• Mix 1oz. Of Wella Color Charm Painting Balayage Lightener with 2oz. Of Wella Color Charm Painting Balayage
• Developer and apply to the surface of dry hair. Process, checking every 5-10 minutes (50 minuets max.). Do not use heat. Rinse, shampoo & condition.
