Step By Step Application:
- After applying the second coat of Gelish® Gel Polish & curing, applya thin coat of Blooming Gel. Do not cure.
- With a dotting tool or a brush, apply desired colors to create the bloom effect & cure for 30 seconds.
- Finish with Gelish® Top It Off Top Coat and cure for 30 seconds.
