How to Apply

Follow the application sequence below, noting that the protection step applies to lash tinting and the optional Intensifying Primer is for eyebrows only.

1. For lash tinting only: Attach RefectoCil Silicone Pads or RefectoCil Eye Protection Papers with RefectoCil Skin Protection Cream & Eye Mask.
2. Optional eyebrow primer: Apply Intense Brow[n]s Intensifying Primer Strong or Medium to the eyebrows only. Leave on for 4 minutes, then remove with a dry cotton swab.
3. Apply Intense Brow[n]s Base Gel. Leave on for 2 minutes, then remove with a dry cotton swab.
4. Apply Intense Brow[n]s Activator Gel. Leave on for 1 minute, then remove with a moist cotton ball.
