- Place instruments in a container with a sufficient amount of CaviCide to allow for complete submersion.
- Cover and immerse the instruments for 10 minutes at room temperature.
- Remove and rinse instruments, then follow with the appropriate cleaning and disinfection process.
- Discard the solution after each use.
For disinfecting non-instrument surfaces:
- Spray CaviCide directly onto the pre-cleaned surface, thoroughly wetting the area to be disinfected.
- Allow the surface to remain visibly wet for 3 minutes at room temperature.
- For tuberculocidal activity, the surface must remain visibly wet for a full 5 minutes at room temperature.
- Wipe the surface using a towel or allow it to air dry.
