While going back and forth with her via txt (this as a communication option was fantastic and rare), I never felt stressed about the outcome. Tara was consistently present and responsive to all my questions and views on the best outcome. It was clear, start to finish, Tara was working on my behalf for the best least stressful solution. In the end, Tara made the best solution happen for me even when the manufacturer (Pure Spa's client) was asking for a ridiculous solution which would have not only cost me more money, time away from working with my clients and turning the expensive new light into a huge problem.
