Application Guide
Follow these steps for a perfect Gelish manicure:
- Sanitize the nail and your client's hands.
- Clean the surrounding nail plate.
- Shape the natural nail using your file of choice.
- Gently remove the shine using a 100/180 buffer.
- Remove the dust using Nail Surface Cleanse and Wipe It Off lint-free wipes.
- Apply a thin coat of pH Bond Nail Prep to the nail plate.
- Apply a thin coat of Foundation Base Gel, ensuring to cap the free edges.
- Place hand in the 18G LED Light for 5 seconds or UV Light for 1 minute.
- Apply a thin coat of Gelish Soak-Off Polish of choice to the entire nail, ensuring to cap the free edge. Cure for 30 seconds in the 18G LED Light or 2 minutes in UV Light. Repeat for full coverage.
- Apply a thin coat of Top It Off Sealer Gel to the entire nail, ensuring to cap the free edge. Cure for 30 seconds in the 18G LED Light or 2 minutes in the UV Light.
- Remove the inhibition layer with Nail Surface Cleanse and Wipe It Off lint-free wipes.
- Massage Nourish Cuticle Oil into the skin surrounding the nail plate and enjoy your finished look.

I recently ran into an equipment problem with a brand new expensive magnifying lamp. Being a new customer of Pure Spa Direct I was not sure what to expect from their customer service department.
From first message to the end solution I was working with Tara. While going back and forth with her via txt (this as a communication option was fantastic and rare), I never felt stressed about the outcome. Tara was consistently present and responsive to all my questions and views on the best outcome. It was clear, start to finish, Tara was working on my behalf for the best least stressful solution. In the end, Tara made the best solution happen for me even when the manufacturer (Pure Spa's client) was asking for a ridiculous solution which would have not only cost me more money, time away from working with my clients and turning the expensive new light into a huge problem. Tara made it happen and I am thrilled with the simple clear solution and outcome. I will now always look to Pure Spa Direct FIRST for my Skin Care business purchases and supplies! Tara at Pure Spa Direct was fantastic! We're in the middle of a big spa renovation and I was in search of the perfect spa slipper. I had A LOT of questions and she was thorough and prompt. Via online chat she was quick to send me links which saved me a ton of time. She even sent me a sample of 2 of her most recommended slippers. Normally you have to order in quantities of 12 and her excellent customer service made all the difference b/c I was able to try them on and get a feel for quality, wash-ability, size, etc. I chatted with her on 2 different occasions and both times she was excellent. My experience was pleasant. I ordered Eco-Fin, and was emailed instructions in case I needed them which was a nice touch of customer service. My products arrived at the time outlined by the shipping I chose and my order was correct and in tact upon arrival. I like the convenience of ordering professional items from an internet store rather than having to go into a brick and mortar location.
