I recently helped a new client gather everything she needed for her spa. This was one year in the making, too! She contacted me last August, mentioning that she was planning on opening up her brand new spa in a few months. She sent me a complete list of everything she intended on ordering - everything from Facial Beds for her treatment rooms, to trolleys, steamers, and even massage oils, and waxing sticks. I was excited to help her on her new endeavor! I noticed a few items were missing, such as pre-and post wax oils, and even made recommendations on new treatments that she should incorporate, like lash and brow tint to jump start her business and keep up with her client's needs. I helped her finalize her list, and ensured she had everything she needed to get started on this exciting (yet slightly stressful) new venture!
Upon completion of her list, which - keep in mind - was a little under three weeks before her opening, I processed the order for her, and made her feel at ease that all of the supplies she ordered were in stock, and will get to her exactly when she needed them by - an essential for every business owner! She's been back to place follow up orders, and her spa has been very successful since.
